Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026

Anavah Institute wants everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we are working toward that goal.

What we do

Known limits

Some content is provided by other services: the Google Calendar scheduling page, the map on the home page, Headway, and the Skool community. These have their own accessibility features, and we do not control them. The Mia chat and voice assistant is optional; you can always reach us by phone or email instead.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, please tell us what page and what problem you ran into, and we will work to fix it or give you the information another way. Email Scherb@anavah-institute.org or call (216) 625-0028.

This page is not for emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For crisis support, call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
